[K12OSN] mouse config

Here is my XF86Config-4 for the mouse: 

Section "inputDevice"
         Identifier "Mouse0"
         Driver     "mouse"
         Option     "Protocol"  :PS/2"
         Option     "Device"  "dev/mouse"
         Option     "ZAxisMapping"  "4 5"
         Option     "Emulate3Buttons"  "yes"
EndSection


Now, shouldn't the scrolling wheel work? Cause is doesn't and I would like it to.
It appeared to function at the test duing graphical install but has not worked since.
