It's not your video card, it's your monitor. Try a different monitor.

If the default mode (1024x768) is not supported or the refresh rate is
too fast, the monitor will shut itself down.

Also try setting "X_MODE_0 = 800x600" in /opt/ltsp/i386/etc/lts.conf
