OK, well, the boot image (floppy or bootrom) for you NIC is working and it's
pulling an address from the DHCP server, so the first thing to do would be
to verify that the file "vmlinuz.all.boot" is found in the path
/tftpboot/lts/Boot/bootp/ .  If it's not there, then (obviously) your client
will not have a kernel to load from the tftp server, hence the error...
