	you are *not* being paranoid. The first line of defense should be
an intelligent switch - every station on separate switched port and scans
run to see if somebody dropped a hub somewhere. sniffing passwords on a
well protected switch is not impossible, but is much more work than an
enterprising kid (or office worker) is willing to extend. julius
