[K12OSN] Dependency error -- help!

I have a redhat 7.2 box. Ran up2date and was told I needed to update Perl
install. I got a dependency error saying I needed a certain version of Perl.
I grabbed the latest rpm by hand, then uninstalled the version of perl in
there. I tried to run rpm on that package and got the same dependency error.

Any suggestions?
