That would be ideal.  Most if not all windows-based schools have a SMB 
server somewhere.  When we break a network and insert a K12LTSP box, it 
would be great to have a default install of Samba that relayed the 
existing network.  or else it simply vanishes when we insert our server.

This is what forces us back to a single-NIC installation.
