Hi Charlie,

Bert here.

I'm using my LTSP server for SAMBA and Win4Lin.

The best resource for setting up SAMBA is the O'Reilly book on SAMBA. You
can access this online.

I've found the samba.org site to be helpful as well.

The key to samba is the samba.conf file. Get to know it well, it will
really help you.

>From what I've read SQUID proxy will run on LTSP as well, BUT (anyone else
want to correct me on this go ahead), the terminals can bypass the proxy
this way.

Squid (or any proxy) really should be on a separate server.

Cheers,
Bert
