I'm guessing that the Ipaq uses PXE to boot. Change the default file to
boot the kitchen sink kernel and give that a try.

The pxe kernels are in  /tftpboot/lts/pxe

The file you want to edit is in /tftpboot/lts/pxe/pxelinux.cfg and it's
called default.
