[K12OSN] windows networking logon screen

can anyone tell me if there is a way to prevent students from changing the 
"domain" part of the windows networking logon screen.  I have windows 
machines logging into a samba box, and students sometimes change the domain 
part of the logon screen.  is there a place in the registry to make this 
permanent?
