[K12OSN] ISO & rsync Mirrors

Howdy

I am trying to get my 2.0.0 CDs up to date.

First problem:

I only have CD's of the 2.0.0 release, not iso files. I do a

dd if=/dev/hdc of=K12LTSP-2.0.1_disc1.iso
dd if=/dev/hdc of=K12LTSP-2.0.1_disc2.iso

For the two CDs, but both have errors reported from dd just before 
the end of the CDs, and the filesizes end up being about a meg 
smaller than the 2.0.0 ISOs. Will rsync sort this discrepency out?

Then, I cannot hit an rsync mirror, they are constantly full. When 
are the larger mirrors going to get 2.0.1?
