[K12OSN] Still need help with usb mouse

Compaq ipaq with usb mouse and keyboard loads kernel via PXE. Keyboard
works, mouse doesn't. Tried using "kitchen sink" kernel as Paul
mentioned in an earlier post and got following error messages:
"insmod: unresolved symbol ioport_resources. "
Not just the ioport_resources, but many unresolved
symbols! They scroll off the screen so fast I can't
read them all.
There is also another error message:
"ERROR! Failed to install the NIC driver module!
This could be caused by the wrong module for
your particular network interface card. Double check the 'option-129'
entry in your /etc/dhcpd.conf file.
Then I get the following kernel panic message:
Kernel panic: Attempted to kill init!
The ipaq does use intel PXE 2.0
I looked in /etc/dhcpd.conf. I don't see 'option-129'
It looks like I could set dhcpd.conf to send
specific kernels to specific MAC addresses. Would this be helpful? Is
there a place I can go and read all about this?
Thanks for your time.
Duane Wilson
