This is possible, but requires a very high level understanding of routing. 
Here is a simple case: You have an Instant Messageing session started, when 
you initiate the connection, the server decides to take ISP1. So AOL (or 
whomever) associates your login with that IP address.  But when you send a 
new message, your gateway server dosnt know that is apart of the same 
session, and sends the message via ISP2.  AOL sees that as either a bad 
packet sequence, a hacking attempt, or whatever, and disregards the message.  
Troubleshooting with 2 gateways is not an easy task.  However, it is 
possible. The easiest way would be to have 2 LTSP servers, and a seperate 
internet gateway. Then have each LTSP use a different connection.

Lookup any info you can find on the iproute2 suite of utils. That is where you 
will find it. But a warning, the documentation is not for the weak of heart.
