[K12OSN] Dual head display

Looked through the archives and didn't see this one.

We have a number of users that require dual head display (web
designers), and we have implemented terminal services (works great by
the way:-). The dual head stations are having a problem coming up and
keep crashing the x server. 1 AGP works, 1 PCI works, but no combo of
two video cards. It's having problems deciding which device to use and
how to use it. 

The question:

How do we configure a terminal for a dual head display, based on TWO
video cards.

Another quick question

OpenOffice.org 1.0.1 is considerably better than 1.0 (we work with a lot
of MS documents and the difference is quite obvious). What would be the
best way to upgrade all users to OpenOffice.org 1.0.1?
