[K12OSN] Autodetect Proxy

We have a very mixed bag of servers here some running NT4.0 with MS Proxy
and some on different subnets running Squid.  I would like to setup both
types of servers so that I can leave the Windows clients settings alone
with "Autodetect Proxy Settings" checked by itself and have the machines
detect the proxy servers.

I have been able to get it to work by putting in a URL for the auto
configuration, but that is about like putting the proxy settings in by
hand.

I had added the www-server option to the DHCP server that I am running in
hopes that this might help, but that doesn't seem to add anything to it.
Can anyone help me out with this?
