[K12OSN] New ISOs or RPMs

I have downloaded the newest redhat 8.0 ISO files and I would like to
install a k12ltsp server.  I know that I cannot do that with the defualt
redhat ISOs, but what is the best way to get the k12ltsp modified stuff?
I thought I could just download a iso with the changes a, but I cannot
seem to find that, and I cannot seem to find a directory that just
contains the k12ltsp packages for 8.0.

So to save bandwidth and time what is the best way to get them?  Rename my
ISOs and rsync against them?
