[K12OSN] Gray Screen w/ X cursor

Hello to all,

i'm a newbie and i'm in the middle of setting up my K12LTSP....
my problem is that my client only displays a gray screen with an X cursor..... the login screen for my KDE did'nt display....

I added Xdm_server = 192.168.1.29 # 192.168.1.29 is the ip of my server
	XSERVER  = auto
and make sure that XDMCP is enabled in KDMRC

...but still the same problem....

when i looked at /var/log/messages it displays

ypbind[381]:broadcast:RPC:Timed Out

Any idea to solve this problem????
