[K12OSN] OpenOffice shuts down after so many users

Hi all,

Can anyone help with this.  In my lab....when I ask the kids to go to
OpenOffice (they all do at once...20 of them) and it comes up slowly...but
after about 8 or 10 of them coming up....the rest will come up breifly on
the desktop and then disappear.  This is really annoying and is forcing me
to abandon using OO....any ideas?
