Adam,

I was just looking at TigerDirect and found a
IBM Netfinity 5100 Intel Pentium III-866MHz / 128MB / 40X / NIC Server
It is going for $699 with a 3 year warrantee. Other places are selling it
for $2500+. Comes with 1 processor but can take 2 with max memmory of 4
GB.

Go to www.tigerdirect.com. An icon should be on the front page to go to
the IBM area. Hope this helps !!

I have the go ahead to implement a K12ltsp server here in our library and
I
need to get together some suggestions for a good vendor to go through to
get
a server.

Does anyone know of a good vendor to go through to get a good hunk of a
server for a good price?
I have been looking at ubid, ebay, cdwg, dell, and hp, and all of those
are
kind of expensive or don't have what i'm looking for in an K12ltsp server.

Thanks

Adam J. Melancon
