Can you run the windows apps on the P100?

I don't think there is a big difference between installing RedHat and installing K12LTSP as far as size or load on the machine goes. That's a guess tho. Anyone that knows???

Our P150 with 96 Mb memory works ok as a terminal.
Put the 500 Mb drive in the server.

I didn't see all that many software apps (Seul/Edu types) on K12LTSP, I saw enough to get going - just.

I did not see preK software. However, the kids we work with are mid-high school, I did not look hard.

We run a homeschool mailing list and I advise people with mostly preK that staying Windows for a few years may be easier when it comes to apps. Then again I advise those people that a stick and a paper bag may be better for preK in some cases. That age can suck up 'learning' most anywhere.

I would love to hear what you and others do for preK. I would pass it on.
