[K12OSN] ISA NIC (NE2000Plus)

I want to boot a NE2000Plus ISA NIC with IRQ5 I/0 300h.  The tlan
on-board cards are also in, but I haven't found a way to get them to
work so must succumb to replacing them.  Problem is even when I add
option-129: "NIC=ne I/O=300 IRQ=5" to the /etc/dhcpd.conf file under the
MAC address I still get a kernel panic on the client.

Any tips on what I'm doing wrong?  Did I miss something important
