This has something on changing the default bookmark.html (at
/usr/lib/mozilla-1.0.1/defaults/profile/US/bookmark.html), the rest is
similar to John Ballie's post.

Looks like there is a lot of stuff in
"/usr/lib/mozilla-1.0.1/defaults/pref/" as well.
