Did you do a "rpm -ihv --nodeps" or "rpm -ihv --force" 
somewhere along the way?

	# up2date --whatprovides libcups.so.2
	cups-libs-1.1.17-0.2

Looks like you need to install the cups-libs package...

	# up2date -i cups-libs
