The place I used to work uses this combination, almost. I put Office '97
on because it was smaller and the file formats are the same. They also
use Publisher 2002.

It works well. Win4Lin actually runs Win98 in a Linux terminal session,
similar to but not the same as VMware.

The only sang has been getting machines to log immediately in to Win98.
The users have to log in to LTSP with the terminal number. When the NT
login comes up they log in as a user.

If you do go down this path it would pay to download their 'recipe' for
setting up a lab.

It wasn't out when I started the process.

Cheers,
Bert
