I treated a windows 95 machine just as it was a
workstation, the only difference is that there is no
entry to its name at lts.conf and this is its entry at
dhcpd.conf

# Windows 95 client computer
  host vialactea {
  hardware ethernet     00:50:56:56:50:5F;
  fixed-address         192.168.10.28;
# filename   "/lts/vmlinuz-2.4.19-ltsp-1";
}

yes, just comment filename, its name in hosts and it
works like a charm, but of course there is also the
SAMBA and client configurations as well to match
settings ;)
