[K12OSN] Icewm, Phoenix, and no sound

I tried Eric's suggestion...I have Phoenix running on my K12LTSP 3.01
server. I have flash working OK as root, but not as ordinary users....I'm
beginning to wonder if it's a permissions issue. The plugins folder
permissions are set for 775 and the actual plugins are set for 755....no
one can write but root.....could this be the issue....is there any harm in
changing permissions and trying it? Also....I have no sound in my web
browsers or some of my games. Tux Math on the other hand...does have
sound....any ideas?
