This program has recently undergone a resurgence of development, and they 
have just released a new version. When I looked a few months ago, this 
seemed the best of the field (but still not exactly what /I/ want [1]). It 
has a good trouble ticket management system, as well some nice software 
management - for those of us who still do need to track licenses ;)

[1] My beef is that I don't really want t oenter all 1200 of our machines by 
hand into the database to get started. I'd rather have the system allow 
users to submit at least basic hardware info themselves if the system isn't 
already in the database.
