[K12OSN] K12LTSP booting workstation

Help!

I have my workstation booting from the NIC, to a point. On the server I see
DHCPDISCOVER from ...
DHCPOFFER . . .
DHCPREQUEST for . . .
DHCPACK . . . So, that sounds good, and the workstation says,
 Me . 192.168.0.253!  /-{:-)

However, on the workstation I get . . .
Loading 192.168.0.254:/ltsp/vmlinuz.ltsp ... Error: not a valid image

I checked and there is a /tftpboot/lts/vmlinuz.ltsp file, actually it's a
symlink pointing to vmlinuz-2.4.19-ltsp-1 . . .

Do I need to change something here??
