One problem that we have had is that kids have some facination with 
destroying any helpless floppy that seems to have been inadvertantly left in 
said floppy drive.  We started leaving the drive INSIDE the box as an 
internal drive with no access externaly, kind of like a "utility" drive.  
Now our boot floppies don't just disappear ;)
