I'm not at my LTSP machine, but I think the eth1 netmask is incorrect. 
 Unless you can think of a reason for it to be that way, I think it 
needs to be 255.255.255.0, otherwise you're open for a class B 
connection (which, I'm guessing you probably don't have).  Try the 
netstat command that Julius posted.
