In case my previous message on this did not get through, I would also 
like the LDAP instructions.  I tried to install OpenLDAP + Openssl + 
Cyrus-sasl + BerkeleyDB from scratch and was exceptionally 
unsuccessful. make test fails with version error for OpenLDAP.  I have 
a school moving to a permanent site in Sept, and wanted to get this 
piece in place for the school.
