[K12OSN] AT style (large plug) keyboard not working

LTS is working with the ps2 keyboards using the both an intel and 3com nic.
If we move the nic to a computer with the AT style KB the login screen comes
up but you can not type.  Using run level 3 you can type in a terminal
window ok.  Tried version 3 and 4 of x-server configs. Using LTSP 3.01.  Any
advise would be greatly appreciated.
