[K12OSN] Did you ever figure out klauncher problem?

Hi Bert..
This is an old post you left on RedHat last year.  I'm running into the same 
problem with RH 9.  Tried kdeinit with no luck.  Did you ever figure out how 
to fix this w/o logging out?
