[K12OSN] Login logo and text (login-screen)

I want to give many compliments to the people behind K12LTSP. You have
done a great job with K12LTSP. In Norway we have a similar project
called Skolelinux (Schoollinux) based on Debian. We prefer however
Redhat and K12LTSP because of it`s user-friendly environment. Our server
runs the K12LTSP 3.1 pre.It works great!!
However!
I try to change the login screen with the option in the Red-hat menu
(Gnome). I change the picture and the text with this tool but nothing
happens. The login screen is still the same???? I really need to change
to our school logo at the login screen. What to do? The gdm.conf file
indicate that all the essential change has been done but the
login-screen is still the same (with the K12LTSP logo).

I would be very grateful for any help.
