[K12OSN] K12LTSP clients need more than 8MB RAM

Since the WIKI says that clients work with 16MB RAM
and that no one had tried anything less I thought I'd
take one of my old clients and see if it would run on
8MB. I found out that the client will boot to the GUI
login screen but would not log in with any window
manager except "failsafe". The login would start, the
background would show up then the screen would go
blank for a few seconds and the login screen would
reappear.

Now we know 8MB is too little.
