I've been unable to get the webmin update to work on the 3.1.0 pre3 version,
but then I didn't try that hard.

I have had good success with the createusers_GUI and it does exactly what I
wanted it to do, i added a page on the wiki, so maybe your documentation
could go alongside my feeble attempt.
